If your wanting a motor boat than buy one if you want a sail boat than buy one myself I hate so called sail boats that are nothing more than motor boats that someone placed sails on .
A lot to recommend this vessel, HOWEVER, have the engine checked out thoroughly. Lie down on the master cabin bed while the engine is running. Can you live with that? Also, if you have to replace the engine, how is that accomplished? Is there a large hatch over the owner's salon? Also, also, the current owner is a packrat. Have the Purser remove every bit of stores, spare parts and provisions, inventory them and see what you have. Way too much stuff. In fact, have the current owner unload everything then get a proper, professional inspection. AND! a 53 footer should not need a hired captain with a captain's cabin. As a buyer, if you cannot handle this yourself, get something smaller. There is a lot to like about this boat. But it is not for a first time sailor. This is for a knowledgeable old timer, on a limited budget. For that person, this boat is a Yabba Dabba Doo!

All that and theres not even an asking price?
now THIS is a very spacious boat for it's size
If the title says "cheap" I should not have to dig through the comments to find the asking price. Leave it in your description.
